The Best Benefits Program is a robust health care savings program that provides you and your immediate family with discounted rates of:

Members and their immediate family are eligible to use the Best Benefits Program. Immediate family means your spouse and children living at your home.
We offer two discount packages to fit your needs. If you're not satisfied after a year of use, we will refund your money.

How do I sign up?
Anyone can enroll to be a member of the Best Benefits Program...
- You can enroll by mail or online.
- Payment is accepted by credit card.
- Within 10 days of receiving your enrollment, you will receive a Program Membership Card and an information package that includes a personalized list of provider locations close to your home and a complete description of each benefit.

Disclosure: This plan is NOT insurance and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00 apply only to Massachusetts residents. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. If there is a range of discounts, the range will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. This plan is administered by Coverdell & Company, Inc., a discount medical plan organization at 8770 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60631, 1-800-308-0374. You have the right to cancel this plan within 30 days of the effective date for a full refund of fees paid.
This product is not currently available in the states of Vermont and Washington. Emergency Travel Benefit is not available in the states of Connecticut or Florida.
